At our venue, safeguarding our visitors is our top priority. We kindly request your full cooperation during security checks and appreciate your support as our team diligently carries out their duties. Our surveillance extends throughout the entire site, overseen by our host venue provider daily. Rest assured, our staff undergo rigorous training to guarantee the well-being of all our guests.

Both visible and unseen security measures are in place. Our host venues maintain close collaboration with law enforcement agencies and security services to ensure our procedures remain current and adhere to industry standards.

Should you encounter any cordoned-off areas during your visit, trust that it's for a valid reason. These restricted zones are off-limits to the public, and unauthorized access will result in immediate expulsion.

Our venue staff are equipped with Medic First Aid training. If you feel unwell at any point, please notify us immediately so we can provide the necessary medical assistance and, if required, summon an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or antisocial behaviour. Any such misconduct will result in expulsion from the premises.
